ITG xpPhone, the 4.8" beast

Finally we have received information about the ITG xpPhone. This is a big 4.8” device with Microsoft WES2009 OS, and I won’t say anything else about the device because it has too many good features, including 1xVGA out, anyway; I will let you be the judge of it.

We don’t have any reviews about the device, because nobody had the opportunity to play with it, but as soon as someone has information about it, you will be the first to know. Until then, enter HERE: http://en.xpphone.com/ and just look at it.

Samsung GT i9100 or so called Samsung Galaxy 2

The revealed specs of the Samsung Galaxy 2 (Samsung GT i9100) seem to be excellent enough for the so called successor of the Samsung Galaxy S. The details of the phone are out in the web and Eldar Murtazin, a respected Russian mobile reviewer, claims that he used and tested the upcoming product from Samsung.
The report suggests that the forthcoming device is a much more advanced one with the integration of dual-core processors.  It is offering better operational speeds with the dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 design based Orion microprocessor with Mali 400GPU.

With smartphones like the i9100 gaining better processing speed, it is obviously a threat towards the netbooks and Intel can have worries for their Atom processors.
It is expected to be out with a 4.3-inch to 4.5-inch super AMOLED 2 touchscreen. The Retina-like display is likely to offer a better experience and can be tagged as the super AMOLED experience.
The company is expected to debut this smart device in the early quarter of 2011. If the guesses are not going wrong, the Samsung Galaxy 2 GT-i9100 will be seen at the Mobile World Congress in February 2011.
No further details are available about this device which seems to fascinate everyone. Stay tuned for more updates.

Simplest Phone on Earth, John's Phone

You are probably thinking, what am I talking about, well here it is; the simplest phone on earth, the John's Phone. The only option you have with this phone is to call and hung-up, that's it, oooo I almost forgot, you also have a notepad and a pen at the back of your phone where you can write down with your pen the phone numbers of your family or friends.

I think that this phone is the best for our grandmothers and grandfathers because we all know how good they manage their old phones, with a small screen and small keypads, but one think that I don't like at this device is that the screen is on the top of the phone and it's very small, and I am thinking why in the world would you build

Sony Xperia x7 and x7 mini coming in early 2011? (Is it fake?)

http://www.slashgear.com/rumor-pegs-sony-ericsson-xperia-x7-and-x7-mini-inbound-in-q1-15114107/
It’s smartphone rumour time. Before I continue let’s bear in mind a rumour is a rumour. It’s totally unconfirmed it could be completely true but it could just as easily be a load of rubbish; that said; two new smartphones could be on their way.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia X7 and the X7 Mini smartphones.
Apparently the devices are set for a Q1 2011 launch. They will run Windows Phone 7 and the ‘big’ X7 is pegged for a 4.3-inch WVGA resolution screen and a 1.2GHz Qualcomm processor. The ‘big’ X7 is also supposed to have an 8MP camera and 720p HD video with HDMI output.
Whereas the X7 Mini is said to have a 1GHz CPU and 3.5-inch WVGA display and a 10.1MP camera with 720p video recording capability (and 3x optical zoom.)
It seems likely that Sony Ericsson would want to start 2011 with a bang. The rumours stem from a professional looking ‘leaked document,’ (above) I must say I’m convinced. Check out this video of the X7 mini document
and see what you think.
There’s no doubt that these are impressive specs if Ericsson do indeed intend to pull them off and judging by the success of the Andorid running X10 range these bad boys might just sell like hot cakes when they do emerge.

Advent Vega Tablet Set To Hit Shelves This Weekend

The Advent Vega tablet which has been expected to come out in Dixons stores across the UK today has been delayed from it’s expected release date (which was today) for a release this weekend. The low-price tab which is supposedly to appeal to ‘the masses’ is expected to become a formidable player in the tablet market, especially in the competitive Christmas season.
A spokesperson for Advent regarding the matter of the delay said that “We want to get the Advent Vega exactly right. There’s no point getting the Vega onto the shelves if it’s not right” and that we should be seeing the device come in sometime after Thursday with devices expected to be hitting shelves over the weekend. There have supposedly been sightings of the tablet in the UK, although it seems these sightings are sadly mistaken as there is supposedly not a single one in the UK at this time.
The Android 2.2 Froyo packing Advent Vega tablet is boasting a 10-inch 1024 x 600 HD highly responsive touchscreen, an NVIDIA CPU, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, and 802.11bg WiFi. For a full video demonstration of the Advent Vega see the video link below. Is the Advent Vega your idea of an ideal tablet for Christmas? Let us know what you think of the device in the comments.
